Manager, Intelectual Property:
Lentigen is now searching for an experienced IP Manager that will provide support and coordinate the entire company's Intellectual Property (IP) estate. Responsibilities include: infringement analysis and investigation in support of the worldwide patent licensing program. Manage with outside counsel assistance intellectual property litigation, oppositions and/or interferences. Also, review patent applications, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, licensing and research agreements, publications and intellectual property aspects of contracts and agreements. Our chosen candidate will have a JD with 4-5 years of in-licensing and out-licensing Intellectual Property experience or equivalent.
